Behavior Patterns

Microscopic and cannot be seen with the naked eye. They thrive in warm, humid environments. They do not bite or sting but their excretions and body fragments can be potent allergens. They reproduce rapidly under favorable conditions.

Risks & Benefits

Potential risks: Major cause of allergies and asthma, especially in sensitive individuals. Can trigger symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, skin rashes, and difficulty breathing. No known benefits to humans or the ecosystem.
