Rapid reproduction in humid conditions; they often appear as moving 'dust' or small white dots on dark surfaces. They do not bite humans but congregate around food sources.

Non-biting, but can cause allergic reactions (dermatitis or respiratory issues) in sensitive individuals. They can contaminate food supplies and indicate a moisture or mold problem in the home.
