Behavior Patterns

Nocturnal and highly agile; they can move quickly to avoid predators. They are wingless and undergo ametabolous development (simple metamorphosis).

Risks & Benefits

Generally harmless to humans as they do not bite or transmit disease, but are considered household pests because they can damage property such as books, wallpaper, and clothing.
