Natural Habitat

Diet & Feeding
Feed on organic detritus, primarily dead human skin cells (dander).
Behavior Patterns
Prefer warm, humid environments; they do not bite but shed exoskeletons and produce fecal matter that accumulates in household dust.
Risks & Benefits
Potentially harmful as their waste contains allergens that trigger asthma, eczema, and allergic rhinitis in sensitive individuals.
