Natural Habitat
Warm, humid, and dark environments, often found in sewers, drains, basements, crawl spaces, and cluttered areas. They can also infest homes and food establishments.
Diet & Feeding
Omnivorous scavengers; they eat almost anything organic, including decaying matter, food scraps, paper, fabric, and even other insects.
Behavior Patterns
Nocturnal; active at night, foraging for food and water. They are known for their rapid movements when disturbed. Females produce oothecae (egg cases) that contain multiple eggs.
