Synthetically and naturally occurring carbohydrates and starches including book bindings, carpet fibers, clothing, cereal, glue, paper, and photosynthesis residues.

Behavior Patterns

Nocturnal and highly agile creatures known for their 'fish-like' swimming movement. They have a primitive 'three-step' courtship ritual and can live up to eight years.

Risks & Benefits

They are considered household pests because they can cause significant damage to personal property like books and fabric. They do not transmit diseases to humans and are not venomous.
