Sebum Plug or Keratin Plug (Not an Insect)

Found on human skin, often expelled from pores on the face, back, or chest.

These are inanimate formations that develop within hair follicles when oil and skin cells accumulate and harden. They are often squeezed out looking like small, yellowish, rice-grain-shaped seeds or worms.

Harmless, though they are associated with acne and clogged pores. They are not parasitic and pose no risk of infestation.
