Natural Habitat

Behavior Patterns
Nocturnal and highly gregarious. They reproduce rapidly, with females carrying egg cases (oothecae) until just before hatching.

Significant indoor pest. They can spread pathogens (like Salmonella and E. coli), contaminate food, and their droppings or cast skins can trigger asthma and allergies in humans.
