Behavior Patterns
They are highly active crawlers that seek out heat and carbon dioxide to find hosts. They have a rapid life cycle, often completing a generation in 7 to 12 days.

Risks include intense itching, skin irritation, and dermatitis in humans due to bites. They do not typically live or reproduce on humans. There are no known ecological benefits to humans.
