Bed Bug (Immature Nymph)

Primarily resides in human dwellings, nesting in mattress seams, bed frames, cracks, and crevices near sleeping areas.

Obligate hematophages; they feed exclusively on the blood of warm-blooded animals, primarily humans.

Nocturnal parasites that hide during the day and emerge at night to feed. They undergo five nymphal stages, requiring a blood meal to molt to the next stage.

Significant pest that causes itchy welts, allergic reactions, and psychological distress. While not known to transmit diseases, they are difficult and expensive to eradicate from homes.
