Natural Habitat

Mainly carnivorous, feeding on various ground-dwelling insects and other spiders by chasing and pouncing on them.
Behavior Patterns
Solitary, nocturnal hunters that do not spin webs to catch prey. Females are unique for carrying their egg sacs attached to their spinnerets and later carrying spiderlings on their backs.
Risks & Benefits
