Behavior Patterns
Nymphs practice "masking" by using sticky secretions to cover their bodies with dust, lint, and sand for camouflage. They are nocturnal and move with a slow, jerky motion.

Benefits: Useful as a natural predator of household pests like bed bugs. Risks: While not aggressive to humans, they can deliver a very painful bite (similar to a bee sting) if handled or trapped against skin.
