Natural Habitat

Diet & Feeding
Larvae feed on high-protein animal products (wool, silk, leather, hair, feathers) and dried plant materials (grains, spices). Adults feed on pollen and nectar.
Behavior Patterns
Larvae are avoidant of light and prefer dark, secluded areas like wall voids or under floorboards. Adults are attracted to light and often found near windows.
