Tawny Cockroach / Spotted Mediterranean Cockroach

Typically found outdoors in foliage, low shrubs, or leaf litter; occasionally wanders indoors in late summer.

Omnivorous scavenger, feeding primarily on decomposing organic matter, pollen, and honeydew.

Active during the day and attracted to lights at night; unlike indoor pests, they do not infest buildings or reproduce indoors.

Generally considered a harmless nuisance rather than a pest; they do not carry diseases or bite, and they act as ecosystem decomposers outdoors.
