Common Bed Bug (Nymph/Cast Skin)

Domestic environments, specifically beds, furniture, and wall crevices where humans sleep.

Blood from humans or warm-blooded animals.

Nocturnal, hiding during the day and emerging at night to feed. They undergo five nymphal stages, molting between each feed.

Bites cause itchy welts and potential allergic reactions; significant psychological distress and sleep deprivation. They are not known to transmit diseases to humans.
