Natural Habitat
Damp, warm areas with high humidity such as basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. Often found among old books, under wallpaper, or in stored grain.

Microscopic mold, fungi, algae, and organic starches. They often feed on the glue of book bindings or starchy material in processed foods.
