Junk bug (Green lacewing larva)

Voracious predators of aphids, mites, scale insects, and other soft-bodied pests.

Larvae carry debris, such as the husks of their prey or lichen, on their backs as camouflage to hide from predators and sneak up on prey.

Highly beneficial as biological pest control; though their 'bite' can cause a minor, temporary pinch to humans, they are not medically significant.
