Natural Habitat

Behavior Patterns
Solitary, nocturnal hunters with excellent eyesight. Females are known for carrying their egg sacs attached to their spinnerets and carrying spiderlings on their backs after they hatch.
Risks & Benefits
Generally beneficial as they control pest insect populations. They are not aggressive towards humans and their venom is not considered medically significant, though a bite may cause mild irritation or swelling.
