Natural Habitat

Feeds on organic detritus, primarily dander (dead skin scales) shed by humans and pets.
Behavior Patterns
They thrive in humid environments with low light. They do not burrow or live on people, but stay within textiles where food is abundant.

Major source of allergens; their waste products can cause asthma, eczema, and allergic rhinitis in sensitive individuals. Do not bite.
