Behavior Patterns

They are most active in cool spring and fall weather. They often aggregate in large numbers on sunny exterior walls and move inside through cracks when conditions become too hot or dry.

Risks & Benefits

They pose no health risk to humans or pets and do not cause structural damage. However, they can be a nuisance and may leave red stains on fabrics or surfaces if crushed.
