Scavengers that feed on natural fibers like wool, silk, feathers, and fur, as well as dead insects and dried food products.
Behavior Patterns
Larvae are avoidant of light and prefer dark, secluded areas. They move slowly and spend several months in the larval stage before pupating into adult beetles.
