Found on clothing, carpets, upholstery, or trapped in skin/hair after physical activity.

Does not eat; inanimate object composed of fibers.

Accumulates through friction and static electricity. This specimen appears to be a cluster of synthetic or natural fibers, often mistaken for a parasite or insect due to its irregular shape and color.

No biological risk. It can sometimes cause minor skin irritation if trapped in a pore or hair follicle, which may lead to the false perception of an 'infestation' (Delusory Parasitosis).
