German cockroach nymph (likely)

Warm, humid indoor sites, especially kitchens, bathrooms, wall voids, and areas near plumbing or appliances.

Omnivorous scavengers that feed on crumbs, grease, starches, pet food, decaying matter, and occasionally soap or glue.

Mostly nocturnal, fast-moving, and prone to hiding in cracks during daylight. Females carry egg cases until hatching; nymphs develop through several molts.

Can contaminate food and surfaces and spread allergens associated with asthma and rhinitis. They provide little household benefit, though they recycle organic material outdoors.
