Unclear; possibly a small cockroach nymph

Indoors, especially warm, damp areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, wall voids, and around plumbing; identification is limited by the blurry image.

Omnivorous scavenger feeding on crumbs, grease, organic debris, and occasionally paper or fabric residues.

Mostly nocturnal and secretive; nymphs hide in cracks and may disperse through plumbing or wall spaces. Several molts occur before adulthood.

Can contaminate food and mechanically spread microbes or trigger cockroach-related allergies and asthma. It contributes modestly to decomposition outdoors, but an indoor sighting may indicate additional hidden insects.
