Natural Habitat

Behavior Patterns
Primarily nocturnal and move more slowly than other cockroach species. They undergo incomplete metamorphosis; nymphs resemble wingless adults and darken as they mature.

Considered a significant household pest. They can carry pathogens such as Salmonella and E. coli on their legs and bodies, potentially contaminating food and surfaces. Their presence can also trigger allergies and asthma.
