Behavior Patterns

Accumulates in the ear canal to protect the skin, trap dust and bacteria, and lubricate the ear. It naturally migrates outward due to jaw movement, but can become impacted.

Benefits: Antibacterial, antifungal, protects ear canal, lubricates. Risks: Impaction can cause temporary hearing loss, tinnitus, earache, or infection. Not a bug/insect.
