Lint / Debris (Not an identification of an insect)

Typically found on fabrics, carpets, clothing, dryer vents, and in dusty corners of homes.

Does not eat; composed of fibers (cotton, wool, synthetic), hair, skin cells, and dust particles.

Accumulates through static electricity and friction. Tends to clump together into 'bunnies' or stick to textured surfaces.

Generally harmless. Large accumulations in dryer vents pose a significant fire hazard. Can trigger allergies in sensitive individuals due to trapped dust mites or pet dander.
