Likely carpet beetle adult

Indoors, especially near windows, carpets, stored fabrics, and nests or accumulations of animal debris.

Adults feed mainly on pollen and nectar; larvae eat natural fibers and other animal-derived materials such as wool, feathers, and hair.

Adults often crawl or fly toward light. Larvae develop in hidden, undisturbed areas and shed bristly skins as they grow.

Harmless to people and not a disease vector, but larvae can damage woolens and other natural materials. The photo is too blurry for a confident species-level identification.
