Likely carpet beetle larva

Indoors, especially in carpets, closets, and stored fabrics; larvae hide in dark, undisturbed areas.

Larvae feed on wool, fur, feathers, dead insects, and other animal-based materials; adults mostly feed on pollen and nectar.

Larvae are slow-moving and often hairy; adults are small, rounded beetles. The photo is not clear enough for a confident identification.

Larvae can damage natural-fiber textiles and may cause skin irritation from shed hairs. Adults are harmless pollinators.
