Small dark beetle (likely a carpet beetle)

Indoors, especially near carpets, textiles, stored foods, and window sills.

Adults often feed on pollen; larvae eat animal-based fibers and debris such as wool, hair, and feathers.

Adults are oval and often dark; larvae develop in sheltered places and may damage natural-fiber materials.

Harmless to people and pets, but larvae can damage clothing and textiles. The photo is too blurry for a confident species-level identification.
