Ladybug Larva

Found on plants, leaves, and stems in gardens, fields, and forests where aphids are present.

Carnivorous. They primarily feed on soft-bodied insects, especially aphids, scale insects, and mites.

Active hunters that crawl along vegetation searching for prey. They go through four instars before pupating into adult ladybugs.

Highly beneficial to gardens and agriculture as they act as natural pest controllers by consuming large numbers of harmful garden pests like aphids.
