Likely drugstore beetle (biscuit beetle)

Stored-food cupboards and pantries; larvae develop in dry foods, spices, and plant materials.

Larvae feed on a wide range of dried goods, including flour, grains, herbs, and spices; adults generally do not feed.

Small, reddish-brown adults can fly and may wander indoors. Larvae bore and feed concealed within food, leaving small holes or powdery debris.

Harmless to people, but infestations can contaminate and damage stored food. No notable ecological benefit indoors.
