Behavior Patterns
Primarily nocturnal and slow-moving. They are flightless and have a bulbous abdomen that resembles a spider or a drop of blood. They can survive for long periods without food.

A common nuisance pest that can contaminate stored food products and damage fabrics or museum specimens; they do not bite humans or pets.
