Adults are brown, elongated, and have flattened, leaf-like hind-leg expansions; they may enter homes in autumn and produce a noticeable odor when disturbed.
Risks & Benefits
Harmless to people and homes; can reduce seed production in conifers, but is not generally a major forest pest.
