Green Lacewing Larva (Junk Bug / Trash Bug)

Gardens, agricultural fields, forests, and grassy areas worldwide.

Carnivorous; primarily consumes aphids, mealybugs, scale insects, and other soft-bodied pests.

Known for camouflaging itself by carrying debris (including the husks of their prey and plant material) on its back. They are highly aggressive hunters with sickle-shaped mandibles.
