Junk bug (Green Lacewing Larva)

Gardens, orchards, and agricultural fields where soft-bodied insects are present.

Carnivorous; feeds on aphids, mealybugs, scales, thrips, and other small pests using hollow mandibles to suck out fluids.

Notable for 'camouflaging' behavior where they carry carcasses of prey and environmental debris on their backs to hideจาก predators like ants. They are active hunters with a high metabolic rate.
