Behavior Patterns
Adults may wander indoors from outside. Larvae develop in dark, undisturbed areas and shed bristly skins; the photo’s detail is insufficient for a certain species identification.
Risks & Benefits
Larvae can damage natural-fiber fabrics and contaminate stored goods; they do not bite or pose a significant health risk. Adults can pollinate flowers.
