Debris-carrying Lacewing Larva (Junk Bug)

Camouflages itself by placing the carcasses of its prey and other debris (bark, lichen, dust) onto its back; undergoes complete metamorphosis into a green lacewing adult

Highly beneficial as biological pest control for gardens; while generally harmless to humans, they may occasionally provide a minor, non-venomous nip if handled
